Vanessa T. Pérugien

Ms. Pérugien has a master's degree in education, as well as a DESS in major risk management, in addition to having studied foreign languages. Her professional experiences have enabled her to acquire expertise in management, coordination of operations, logistics and planning.
Ms. Pérugien served for 5 years as the divisional director of emergency services and disaster assistance for the Salvation Army - Quebec division. She is actively involved in civil security and participated in several major events such as the Lac-Mégantic tragedy, the spring floods of 2017 and 2019, the massive arrival of asylum seekers (2017-2018), and the tornado of fall 2018 in Gatineau.
Since the summer of 2019, Ms. Pérugien has been an advisor-trainer in civil security with municipalities in Quebec, and also project manager within ReQIS.
