Suggested attendance: elected officials, general management, emergency measures coordinator and his assistant, director of the Fire Department.
Objectives of the activity: understand their role and responsibilities as well as those of the various other missions of the organization.
More precisely :
- Demystify the law, procedures, rights and limits
- Arouse the interest of elected officials in their preparation to communicate with citizens, disaster victims and the media
- Allow them to appropriate arguments and examples in order to present possible solutions within their locality. Take an active part in risk mitigation
