EMERGENCY MEASURES PLAN

The structure and content of the plan are based on the orientations of the Ministère de la Sécurité publique du Québec and the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la lutte contre les changements climatiques as well as on the Canadian standard Z1600-17 "Emergency and Continuity Management Program".
