The main objectives are:

• Upgrade knowledge (common language and responsibilities according to the MSP)

• Discuss the emergency measures experienced

• Clarify the team mobilization procedure

• Clarify the roles of each and the sharing of responsibilities

• Prepare the team for a possible simulation or emergency measure

​

• Arouse participants' interest in the subject and get them to use each of the emergency measures that will take place in Quebec to improve their mission preparation as they go along

• Update of concepts for those already active​

​

• Initiate or enhance collaboration and team contribution
