This training includes the preparation of a first mobilization and disaster scenario according to the real risks of the territory and will be adapted according to the objectives to be achieved and the level of preparedness of the municipality. The key word is “PROGRESSIVE”.

The course of the activity is as follow:

• Mobilization via the Municipality's alert plan

​

• First retrospective on the difficulties encountered

​

• Presentation of instructions

​

• Presentation of the scenario

​

• Animation of the simulation (approximate duration 75 to 90 minutes)

​

• Second retrospective on the improvements to be made (use of a form)

​

• Action plan

​

This activity will be adapted according to the objectives to be achieved and the level of preparation. The municipality team will be notified of the date to be reserved on the agenda, without further information, with the exception of the person responsible for setting up the civil security plan.
