Target: MOCS (Municipal Organization of Civil Security) and their substitutes.

This group training will provide a good understanding of the coordination center opening process, the factors to consider and the tasks to be accomplished. We will also be able to clarify the mobilization and the messages to be transmitted during this training.

• Plan management tools at coordination center

• Describe the circumstances and process of the opening of the center

• Center opening logistics

• Propose and validate the mobilization of the MOCS

• Distinguish the possible variants during emergency measures

• Understand and use appropriate language

• Respond to the different scenarios in the form of a group exercise

• Role and responsibilities of each of the missions

• Simulation game
