Training description

This portion consists of the meeting of those in charge and substitutes of the respective missions. It makes it possible to revise the task lists of their mission, to identify the work to be carried out in preparation for simulations and / or emergency measures, to prepare their action plan according to the needs identified, etc.

A meeting of officials and substitutes for the six main missions:

• Communications

​

• Public works / transport

​

• Telecommunications / ITs

​

• Administration / finance / operations register

​

• Coordination (presence for all meetings)

​

The proposed agenda for each meeting per mission:

​

• Retrospective on the difficulties encountered during the last emergency measure

• Revision of their mission tasks from the current list in civil security plan

• Identify the work to be done in preparation for simulations and / or emergency measures

• Identify the resources to add to the directory

• Preparation of an action plan based on identified needs

• Deadline to be determined

• Provide work tools according to the missions
